How to Mold and Adjust BJJ mouthguard

1. Fill the pot with water and leave it open. Remove the pot from the heat source and leave for 30 seconds to cool.
2. Then put the rubber in the water for 90 seconds. Make sure you do not exceed the time indicated.
3. Carefully remove the rubber from the water with the hose. Place the rubber under cold water spill for only 1 second so that you can put the rubber in your mouth to prevent it. Quickly go to the next step.
